Arrest warrant issued for Ezekiel Suber in shooting incident that occurred on Hamilton St. 
On April 8th at 9:27 pm, officers were dispatched to 136 Hamilton St. in reference to a possible shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located Tyson Blanton, age 22, lying in the roadway with a single gunshot wound to his leg. Blanton was transport to Spartanburg Regional. As of the time of this report, Blanton remains at Spartanburg Regional recovering from his injury.
An arrest warrant has been served on Ezekiel Suber, age 20, of Hill St. in Forest City for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. He is currently in the custody of the Rutherford County Detention Facility under a $100,000 secured bond.
