The City of Mitchell will continue to plow snow emergency routes only throughout the duration of the storm. The City of Mitchell does not plan on plowing and secondary routes until the storm is over. All vehicles shall be removed from Snow Emergency Routes or they will be subject to ticket and towing. NO PARKING will be allowed on Snow Emergency Routes until after the storm is over and the streets have been plowed curb to curb.
