On Monday, April 15th at 6am, Fort Lee Road will be closed in both directions due to construction work on the railroad tracks. Fort Lee Road will be closed between Station Parkway and the Overpeck Park Driveway. The road will not reopen until all of the work is completed, which is expected to take 4 days. 

There will be a detour posted for drivers to use Teaneck Road, Route 4 and Grand Avenue. Route 95 Exit 70A will be closed. Drivers going to Overpeck Park from Route 95 north can use Exit 68. Drivers can also use Exit 70B, make a u-turn at Frank Burr Blvd to Degraw Ave east to the Overpeck Park entrance.  Local traffic will be able to access Station Parkway and Willow Tree Road from Fort Lee Road east of the railroad tracks.

NJ Transit has been advised of the road closure and will reroute buses in the area. NJ Transit will post signs with more information about bus routes and times at the affected bus stops. 

Please avoid the area during this road closure if possible. If you must travel through the area, expect delays and give yourself extra time to arrive at your destination.
