Synopsis: An 18 year old male victim was walking on 3100 Valle Ave when a group of four Hispanic males approached him. Words were exchanged and the four suspects attacked the victim. They punched and kicked him multiple times. The suspects ran away and that was when the victim realized he had been stabbed in the right leg. The victim was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. There is no further suspect descriptions. San Diego Police Gang Detectives are investigating.
