Synopsis: A 29 year old female was driving a white 2012 Nissan Sentra westbound on 7100 Miramar Rd. The female veered to the right and crashed into a black 2003 Nissan Maxima that was being driven by a 35 year old woman. The collision pushed the Maxima backwards into a third vehicle, which was a blue 1998 Honda Civic driven by a 22 year old male. The driver of the Sentra complained of pain, but did not have any significant injuries. She was later arrested for DUI and will be booked into jail. The driver of the Maxima suffered and open fracture to her ankle and was taken to a local hospital. The driver and passenger of the Civic did not have any injuries. SDPD Traffic Division is handling the investigating.
