* Until 545 PM EDT.
* At 1145 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that rainfall accumulations up to 3 inches have occurred resulting in flooding. Roads have been washed out in some instances and creeks are out of their beds.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PIKE, GA ... MERIWETHER, GA ... HARRIS, GA ... TROUP, GA
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
