We need YOUR help! We are updating our community's Hazard Mitigation Plan & need your input. Check link/email.
Teton County Emergency Management, along with the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security and our contractor Michael Baker International, are working to update our community's Hazard Mitigation Plan. This plan outlines various hazards in Teton County, their history, their potential, and what we can do as a community to mitigate against those hazards to make our valley a disaster-resilient community.
This planning process isn't worth anything, though, without input from the whole community. This is where you come in. Please visit https://hazardmit.wixsite.com/wyr8hmp/get-involved to see the results from our first community online survey, then take a few minutes to answer our second survey https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd5GZIstAz_RW20CRHlt7oYuBzLHC7B_IGjDcAsUSZhZaA1XA/viewform.
Your input is important to how we examine various hazards and how as a community we plan to lessen the impact from them through various mitigation projects. Thanks for your time, and if you have questions feel free to contact us at [email protected].
