Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Investigators are asking for your help locating Endangered Missing Child Alora Benitez. She is a 15 year-old Hispanic female, 5’2” tall, 100lbs, brown hair and brown eyes.
Alora was last seen with Maricela Mercado (Alora’s mother) and Roman Cerratos (mother’s boyfriend) after a murder occurred April 16, 2019, in Carson. The suspects left the South Bay area with Alora after the murder.
The vehicle the suspects were driving at the time of Alora’s disappearance was recovered a few blocks away from the San Ysidro border, however, she was not located.
Detectives and Alora’s loved ones are asking for any information that could help bring her home safe.
The suspects are considered ARMED & DANGEROUS. If you come in contact with them, call 9-1-1.
Also, anyone with information regarding the location of Alora and/or suspects Maricela Mercado and Roman Cerratos are encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department at (323) 890-5500.
