* Until 1115 PM CDT.
* At 718 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated widespread moderate to heavy rain moving across portions of southeast Illinois. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Harrisburg, Carmi, Eldorado, Mcleansboro, Grayville, Norris City, Galatia, Ridgway, Crossville, Enfield, Carrier Mills, Dahlgren, New Haven, Raleigh, Omaha, Mill Shoals, Broughton, Maunie, Springerton and Muddy.
