* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indianapolis, Bloomington, Vincennes, Greenwood, Plainfield, Franklin, Martinsville, Mooresville, Danville, Linton, Bloomfield, Spencer, Southport, Avon, Ellettsville, New Whiteland, Whiteland, Bargersville, Bicknell and Jasonville. Additional rainfall of a half an inch or more is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
