MEDIA ADVISORY/NEWS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Incident: Shooting at Emeryville hotel
Location of Incident: 5800 block of Shellmound St
Date/Time Occurred: April 27, 2019 12:46AM
Narrative: On Saturday April 27, 2019 at 12:46AM, the Emeryville Police Department received multiple calls about a shooting at a hotel in the 5800 block of Shellmound St. Officers arrived and located a male adult in the hotel lobby with a gun-shot wound. Officers provided first aid and the male was transported to a local hospital. The wound does not appear to be life threatening. Officers gathered evidence at the scene and the investigation is ongoing. There are no other reported victims and no one is in custody.
