BRODHEAD ROAD – BETWEEN NAZARETH PIKE /RT 191 & CHRISTIAN SPRING ROAD

STARTING MONDAY, APRIL 29 – MID TO LATE JULY, 2019

DETOURS / PARTIAL CLOSURE - ONE WAY TRAFFIC WILL BE EAST BOUND ONLY BETWEEN NAZARETH PIKE AND CHRISTIAN SPRING ROAD

As a part of the warehouse construction, located at the physical address 2900 Brodhead Road, a section of Brodhead Road is being reconstructed which will require a road closure starting on or about the 29th of April and continuing until mid to late July. Access to the surrounding businesses shall be maintained during this time but will limited as outlined below.

The road closure/detour will consist of the following:

1. Blocking access to Brodhead Road from Route 191. All traffic shall be rerouted to Route 512 where Brodhead Road can be accessed.
2. Traffic will flow through the area of construction (between Rt. 191 & Christian Spring Road) from West to East ONLY.
3. One lane will be open throughout the course of construction. 
4. Business Owners, Employees and Customers between Nazareth Pike / Rt. 191 & Christian Spring Road:

a. Personnel will ONLY be able to TURN LEFT into their respective businesses on Brodhead Road, or to turn left down Tracey Lane and Fritch Drive.

b. Personnel will ONLY be able to TURN LEFT when leaving their places of business on Brodhead Road, or when turning out from Tracey Lane and Fritch Drive onto
Brodhead Road.

Turning left onto Brodhead Road will maintain compliance with the detour and lead personnel to the intersection of Brodhead Road and Route 191. At the intersection personnel may turn left or right onto Route 191 to reach their destination, or to get on Route 22 West to get back to Route 512 and the Western part of Brodhead Road.
