Grand Ave Bridge and Adjacent Streets Closed for Construction 
1) Street Closing – East Grand Avenue, between 1st Avenue S and 2nd Street S
2) Street Closing - 2nd Street S, between East Grand Avenue and Oak Street
East Grand Avenue, between 1st Avenue S and 2nd Street S, and also 2nd Street S, between East Grand Avenue and Oak Street, will be closed to through traffic due to sewer lining by the City of Wisconsin Rapids contractor, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 and is expected to re-open in approximately one week.
The Grand Avenue Bridge will be closed during this time and traffic on West Grand Avenue will be detoured onto West Jackson Street.
