The Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics will pass through Ossining at approximately 1:40pm today. The Ossining Police Department and Officers from Sing Sing Correctional Facility will receive the torch on South Highland Avenue in the area of Charter Circle and carry it north on Route 9 to the Croton Point Avenue exit. During this time you can expect minor delays on Route 9. Use Route 9A to avoid traffic.
