On Sunday, April 28^th, Walnut/Diamond Bar Sheriff Station’s Special Assignment Deputy Denver and Station Volunteer Verkouteren joined the Sikh community for Turban Day 2019.  The event celebrated Sikhism and many interesting activities took place.  There was "tie a turban" lessons, a parade, martial arts demonstration, a lecture on the Sikh religion and its history, Indian cuisine, and a raffle.  A great time was had by all who attended.
