Pedestrian Hit and Run 
On, 04/30/2019 between 4:40 a.m and 4:50 a.m a Pedestrian was struck in the 8200 block of Schantz Road in the area of East Penn Self Storage.
The offending vehicle is either a box truck or a bobtail tractor trailer.
