BCSO is seeking assistance in identifying the above pictured individuals in reference to Financial Transaction Card Fraud.  On 4-28-19 the subjects used the victim’s credit cards to make over $3,500 worth of purchases at different stores in the Tanger Outlets in Bluffton. The victim’s wallet was taken in Columbia SC before the cards were used in Bluffton, SC.
