Synopsis: A 21 year old male driver was driving his 2008 Infinity G35S in the northbound #2 lane on 4200 Kearny Villa Rd with a 20 year old male passenger. An AMR ambulance was traveling southbound in the #1 lane. There was a female driver and male passenger and no one in the back. A 57 year old male was driving his 2009 Hyundai Azera southbound in the #2 lane just behind the ambulance. For an unknown reason the Infinity veered across the northbound #1 lane and then into the southbound #1 lane hitting the ambulance head on. The ambulance then veered into the #2 lane and hit the Hyundai. All parties involved were transported to area hospitals. The driver in the Infinity sustained a concussion and complaint of pain. His injuries are non life threatening. The passenger in his car has multiple broken bones and internal injuries. His injuries are life threatening. The driver of the ambulance has a brain bleed and fractured right ankle. The passenger has a fractured left forearm. Their injuries are non life threatening. The driver of the Hyundai has a fractured right wrist. His injuries are non life threatening. San Diego Police Traffic Division responded to the scene and are handling the investigation.
