On 05-17-2019, at approximately 6:30 am, Little Egg Harbor Twp. Police were dispatched to the Pinelands Regional High School regarding a criminal mischief complaint. Officers observed spray paint graffiti on the Pinelands High School concrete sign board and wild cat statue. The graffiti was in the form of obscene language and drawings. During the course of the investigation, with the assistance of witnesses and video surveillance, two juveniles were taken into custody for criminal mischief. One of the juveniles is a Pinelands student and the other a Southern Regional High School Student. The graffiti has since been removed by Pinelands Regional School District staff. The investigation was led by School Resource Officer Dan Ivancich and Detective Corporal Chris Arciniegas.
