Washington Road weekend closure 
A major underground utility project will necessitate the complete closure of Washington Road between Nassau Street and Prospect Avenue this weekend.
The closure will be put into place tomorrow, May 18th at 5am and will last until approximately noon on Sunday, May 19th. Detours will be posted, please follow the detour signage and obey speed limits on the detour routes. (Copies of the routes are attached)
The road will be impassable to all motor vehicle traffic, pedestrian access via the sidewalks will be maintained. Pedestrians are urged to cross in marked crosswalks and to stay clear of active work areas.
