* At 445 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and another round of showers and thunderstorms is on the way.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rome, Lee, Vienna, Trenton, Camden, Steuben, Sylvan Beach, Remsen, Holland Patent and Prospect.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ONEIDA, NY
