Strong and gusty southerly winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 25 to 35 mph will develop quickly after sunrise Tuesday. These strong and gusty winds should gradually diminish during the afternoon. The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 6 AM to 1 PM CDT Tuesday.

* TIMING...6 am through 1 pm likely peaking 8 am to noon.
* IMPACT...Hazardous driving conditions on elevated roadway. Lightweight objects may be blown about. In addition storm damaged trees and limbs that may or may not have fallen could be moved by these strong winds.
