Brian and Emina Yeager of Twin Peaks are arrested for having an illegal marijuana grow in their residence

INCIDENT: P.C. 290 Sex Offender Violation and H&S 11378 Illegal Marijuana Grow
LOCATION: 400 block of Oriole Drive in Twin Peaks
SUSPECT: Brian Yeager, 54-year-old resident of Twin Peaks
Emina Yeager, 50-year-old resident of Twin Peaks
SUMMARY:
On May 14, 2019, detectives assigned to the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station received information pertaining to Brian Yeager who is required to register as a sex offender. It was believed Yeager moved into the Twin Peaks jurisdiction without registering his new address, in violation of his PC 290 terms. Through investigation, it was determined that Yeager had moved into a residence on Oriole Drive in March of 2019 without notifying local law enforcement.
On May 21, 2019, a search warrant was executed at the residence. During the service of the search warrant, it was determined that Yeager was utilizing the residence to illegally cultivate marijuana. Detectives located approximately two hundred marijuana plants and other evidence consitent with an illegal marijuana cultivation operation. San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Marijuna Enforcement Division was contacted and responded to assist with the investigation.
Yeager was placed under arrest for the P.C. 290 violation along with cultivation of marijuana. His wife, Emina Yeager, was also at the residence and was arrested for cultivation of marijuana.
