...Flood Warning extended until Thursday evening...
The Flood Warning continues for the Chikaskia River near Blackwell
* until Thursday evening...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 1:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 33.8 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
* Forecast...The Chikaskia River has crested and will continue to
fall. The Chikaskia River will fall below flood stage late Thursday
afternoon.
Instructions:
Bridge washed out at Chikaskia River and Hubbard Road - closed until further notice. May 9th wash out almost set a crest record. 2nd in history.
