Update - One lane Of Elm Grove Ave has been re-opened
All residences east of Sunset Drive off of Elm Grove Ave will be out of water until approximately midnight tonight. A detour has been posted through St. Cin Park. Residents who are unable to reach their residences due to the closure may use the detour.
