This is a reminder that the 5th North Street roadway and utility reconstruction project from Garden Street to North Highland Avenue is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 28th. The intersection of 5th North Street and Garden Street will close at the start of the project. The intersection of 5th North Street and North Highland Avenue will remain open at this time. Plan to use alternate routes during this reconstruction project. All access to New Ulm Medical Center will be from 8th North Street. Follow posted detour signage around the project closure area. It is expected that the project will last approximately 4 to 5 months.
