We are providing this notice to inform residents, who routinely park on the 400 block of Franklin Street, to obey the posted signs because the Delanco Police will start enforcing the time limit parking on Franklin Street, where posted.

As you may or may not know, there are certain angle parking spots on 400 Franklin Street (alongside Lou’s Deli) designated with 20 minute limited parking. This time limit parking is in place between the hours of 9am to 6pm by Delanco Code. These parking spots are designated with the signs.

This time limit parking was put in the place to assist the Delanco Market, when it was open, with providing customer parking.
The Delanco Police has not enforced this time limit parking, since the Delanco Market has closed, which has been several years.
Lou’s Deli has now opened where the Delanco Market used to be and there is now a need for customer parking again.
