Alert

The NWS has issued a FLASH FLOOD WARNING for the City of St. Louis due to heavy rain. Particularly North City #StlWx

Be aware of your surroundings and avoid driving into rising rainwater that collects on streets. This may be more likely in areas north of downtown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even
higher than predicted. The National Weather Service will monitor
this developing situation and issue follow up statements as
conditions or forecasts change.

Instructions:

Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas. The water may be too deep to allow for safe
