* Until 845 PM EDT.
* At 448 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include... Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton, Hackettstown, Wilson, Washington, Nazareth, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford, Alpha, Belfast, West Easton, Tatamy and Steuben.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WARREN, NJ ... LEHIGH, PA ... NORTHAMPTON, PA
