Amanda Thomas is arrested for commercial burglary and receiving stolen property

LOCATION: 11000 Block of White Avenue, Adelanto
SUSPECT: Amanda Thomas, age 42 of Adelanto
VICTIM: Momma's Clothing Closet
SUMMARY:
On May 22, 2019, unidentified suspects forced entry into the business "Momma's Clothing Closet" in Adelanto and stole approximately $1,000 worth of baby diapers, clothing, detergents and cleaning products. Through investigative leads, Detectives identified Amanda Thomas of Adelanto as being in possession of the stolen items. On May 30, 2019, Detectives from the Victor Valley Sheriff's Station executed a search warrant at Thomas' residence on the 11000 block of White Ave in Adelanto. As a result of the search warrant $600 worth of stolen merchandise was located in the residence. Thomas was arrested for Accessory to Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property. Thomas was booked at High Desert Detention Center.
