EVACUATION ORDERED for all areas protected by the Pin Oaks Levee. The levee has been overtopped and flooding is imminent. 
We have received a report that the Pin Oaks Levee in Winfield has overtopped. Flooding in East Winfield is imminent. If you live within the area protected by the Pin Oaks Levee, which is anywhere east of the railroad tracks within the city limits as well as Pin Oaks Farm Drive and othe private roads within the protected area, you must evacuate immediately.
