A number of events over the next two weekends will affect traffic on and around Main Street. On Saturday June 8, 2019 the Ossining Village Fair will take place between 10am and 4pm on Main Street. Accordingly, Main Street and portions of surrounding streets will be closed from approximately 9am until 5pm. Best bets for parking are Ellis Place, Waller Avenue, Spring Street south of Waller Avenue, and Broad Avenue. Access to the riverfront (for Harbor Square, Metro North, and Louis Engel Park) is available via Snowden Avenue or by using Broad Avenue and State Street to go around the fair. 

On Sunday June 9, 2019 the Clearview School will host a 5k race beginning on the Aqueduct pathway adjacent to the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center. The race begins at 9am and will cause periodic closures as runners cross Ann Street, North Malcolm Street, Snowden Avenue, and Beach Road. This event should last approximately one hour. 

On Saturday June 15, 2019 from 11am-10pm the Ossining Portuguese Center will host Dia De Portugal in the municipal lot adjacent to the Ossining Post Office. This event will cause a closure on Main Street between Spring Street and State Street from approximately 10am until 11pm. Access to the riverfront is available via Snowden Avenue or Central Avenue.
