Synopsis: The 19 year old female victim was driving her 2001 Hyundai GX300 sedan, along 2500 L. Street. The victim came to a stop and a Hispanic male suspect approached her driver side door. The suspect opened the door, pulled the victim out of the car and demanded the car. The suspect fled in the victim's vehicle heading eastbound on 2500 L Street. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his late teens, with black curly hair. He had a medium build and was wearing a black ball cap, black sweatshirt and pants. The license plate on the victim's stolen vehicle is California registration 4TFU689. The San Diego Police Robbery unit responded and is handling the investigation.
