Felony Hit and Run Vehicle vs Motorcycle
MO: On Wednesday, May 8, 2019, around 7:30 A.M., a vehicle described as a white, 4-door, 2016-2019 Lexus RX350 or RX450h traveling westbound in the number 2 lane of Burbank Boulevard approaching Van Nuys Boulevard. The vehicle negotiated a right turn onto northbound Van Nuys Boulevard when the right rear collided with a motorcyclist also negotiating a right turn. The driver failed to stop to render aid and/or identify self as required by law and fled the scene. The motorcyclist sustained a severe injury.
