Please expect traffic delays on 06-13-19 as Route 14 near Virginia Road will come to one lane of traffic in each direction. 
With the construction project, the two eastbound lanes of traffic on Route 14 near Virginia Road will be closed for traffic from 8:30am to noon. Motorists traveling east will use the westbound lanes under the direction of the traffic control personnel.
