On June 12th, 2019 at 2:30 pm the Southeast Idaho Star Team served Search and Arrest Warrants at 13615 Yellowstone just north of Chubbuck City limits.
William Randall Davis was taken into custody on multiple felony warrants. The warrants consisted of Robbery, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, 2nd Degree Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault and Eluding a Police Officer.
This was a multi-agency effort including the Pocatello Police, Chubbuck Police, Idaho State Police, Bannock County Sheriffs Office and the Southeast Idaho STAR team.
Detectives were conducting surveillance trying to locate Davis because he was a suspect in a Pocatello and Chubbuck Police cases. Davis was located at 13615 Yellowstone in a single family residence. The Southeast Idaho STAR Team consisting of members of 7 counties and 1 city police department responding to the residence and served the arrest warrant and search warrant. Davis was arrest trying to fell the residence. Davis received no injuries, however he was checked and cleared by medical professionals and then transported to the Bannock County Jail where he was incarcerated.
