The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Central Monroe County, Southern Brown County, and Northern Greene County in southwestern Indiana until 500 AM EDT Monday. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in excess of 6 inches has fallen across parts of the warned area since yesterday. Flash flooding is in progress.
