Water Shut Off Washington Street 
This message is from the Haverhill Water Department. As part of the revitalization of the Downtown Area, the water will be shut down tonight, June 17th, along Washington Street and Phoenix Row from Washington Square to Washington Avenue. The water will be shut down at 10:00 PM, Monday until 5:00 Tuesday morning. When Water service is restored you may have some discolored water.
