Special Olympics Torch Run today from 9:00-10:00 am. 
The Emeryville Police Department and City Staff will be participating in the Special Olympics Torch Run today from 9:00-10:00 am. Please use caution when approaching runners who are participating in this event. Runners will be starting at the intersection of 40th and Adeline and will proceed W/B on 40th St., to Shellmound St., right on Ohlone Wy., left on Bay St., left on Christie Ave., right on Shellmound St., right on 67th St., left on San Pablo Ave., and ending at Burnett St. in Berkeley.
