The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Pickaway County in central Ohio...
* Until 300 AM EDT.
* At 1206 AM EDT, radar indicated that heavy rain had fallen across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Heavy rain continues to fall with another 1 to 1.5 inches possible. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause flash flooding to occur.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ashville, South Bloomfield, Commercial Point, Darbyville, Duvall, Slate Run Metro Park and East Ringgold.
* AFFECTED AREAS: PICKAWAY, OH
