5/08 – 11:00 p.m. – Police were notified of a vehicle which knowingly drove in the grass on village property, on Kaiserstrasse, in the village park. The vehicle caused large ruts in the ground, and threw mud on another vehicle. A suspect was identified. On June 23rd the suspect, Shane A. Drollett, age 18 of Belleville, was charged under local ordinance for Damaging Village Property & Driving in Park.
