Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating At-Risk Missing Person Joel Bell Kenn. He is a 58 year-old male White who was last seen at his residence Monday, June 24, 2019, at approximately, 12:30 p.m., on the 44500 block of 15th Street West in Lancaster.
Mr. Kenn is 5’10” tall, 135lbs, short gray hair, green eyes, wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Joel is depressed. His loved ones have not seen or heard from him. They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help in located her.
