Flash Flood Warning for Northern Madison County Until 1215 AM CDT 
At 616 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain are moving out of the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has fallen. Little or no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
