Synopsis: A 79 year old male pedestrian was standing on the south sidewalk of 2700 Kurtz St. A 59 year old female was driving her 2006 Toyota Prius eastbound 2700 Kurtz St. The pedestrian darted out in front of the Prius and she struck him. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the hospital. No DUI. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
