During the entire month of July, 2019, Taco John's in Wisconsin Rapids is hosting a fundraiser for the Wisconsin Rapids Area Habitat for Humanity. Each time you visit Taco John's (whether drive thru or dine in), you'll be asked if you'd care to donate one dollar. The funds collected will go to the Wisconsin Rapids Habitat to build homes for future families who qualify. Potential home owners work along with Habitat volunteers to build an affordable home. The families go from living in sub-standard housing to a modest home of their own with a mortgage they can afford. They receive a hand-up, not a hand-out.
