* Until 1030 PM EDT.
* At 803 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen this evening. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Gesling, Letitia, Carter, Brushart and South Portsmouth.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GREENUP, KY ... CARTER, KY
