The Southbound Lane of High Street will be closed for Emergency Road Repairs. High ST from West High Street to Memorial 
High Street is closed to southbound traffic from West High to Memorial Drive to allow the Public Works Dept to complete repairs to the sink hole/water leak at the intersection of Garden Street. The road should reopen early this afternoon.
