Road Closures for the Independence Day Parade being held on Thursday, July 4, 2019 
Atlantic Avenue from 11th through 1st Avenues, 1st Avenue between Atlantic and Surf Avenues & Surf Avenue between 1st and 2nd Avenues will be closed for the Independence Day Parade starting at 8:00 AM on Thursday, July 4, 2019. The side streets in this area between Surf and Central Avenues will also be closed. 11th, 9th and 2nd Avenues will remain open but expect delays in the area.
