Synopsis: A 17 year old male pedestrian was riding a non motorized Razor Scooter northbound midblock across 2600 Genesee Ave. He jumped over the raised center wall and walked into the number 1 lane of westbound 2600 Genesee Ave. A 38 year old male was driving his 2007 Ford Focus westbound and struck the pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with multiple facial lacerations and a brain bleed. His injuries are non life threatening. The driver had no injuries and there was no DUI. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
