AVOID westbound lanes on East 08th Street between "N" Avenue and "M" Avenue for the majority of the day due to a water main break. 
The National City Police Department advises you to AVOID the westbound lanes in the 1300 block of East 08th Street (between "M" Avenue and "N" Avenue due to a water main break.
A water main break has closed the westbound lanes of East 08th Street and will require a detour of traffic for the remainder of the day until the Sweetwater Authority is able to stabilize and clear the incident.
If possible, please avoid westbound East 08th Street between Palm Avenue and "M" Avenue. As of now the eastbound lanes are unaffected.
